$125 per Night / $700 per Week / $2,400 per Month

MASTERCARD AND VISA ARE ACCEPTED WITH A 5% SERVICE CHARGE.         We require 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and expect the balance (including deposits) 2 weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: If sixty or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 60 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit
